  • Rental Agreement
    Term of renting may be as short as one month, for as long as is required, on a month to month basis.
     
  • Period Of Notice
    Two weeks written notice required either on the 1st or the 15th of the month of your intention to vacate your store.
     
  • Security Deposit
    A security deposit of the same amount as your monthly rental is payable. This is refunded in full on date of move-out.
     
  • Access
    Access to your store is free of charge and as often as is required on production of your personal security details.
     
  • Padlocks
    The renter will provide, or purchase from U-STORE-IT his/her own PADLOCKS, the keys of which will at all times be retained by the Renter.
  • Office Hours
    The office is open for easy completion of Move-in documentation, rental payments, queries and move out formalities.

  • Added Convenience
    Products on sale for added convenience: Cartons, Hanger Boxes, Shredding, Bubblewrap, Buff Tape, Cylindrical Stacking Drums, Plain Wrapping Paper, Padlocks, Shelving and everything else that you may require to make your move easier.
